About the position
The Team Lead at Tidal Wave Auto Spa plays a crucial role in assisting with the operations and management of the car wash facility. This part-time position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Team Lead is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the facility, and supporting the management team in daily operations, all while contributing to the company's growth in the car wash industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
Requirements
- Friendly, responsible, and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
