About the position
The Tidal Wave Auto Spa Team Leader position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role involves assisting with the operations of the car wash facility, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team. Team Leaders play a crucial role in maintaining the facility and ensuring a high standard of service, while also having opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
Requirements
- Friendly, responsible, and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
