About the position
The Team Lead, Meals & Beverages RGM, is responsible for developing and implementing strategies across Revenue Management to enhance brand pricing, promotional strategies, and price pack architecture. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various teams to drive growth and optimize pricing strategies for Campbell's iconic brands.
Responsibilities
- Create a multi-year pricing roadmap for core brands to drive topline growth and net price realization
- Provide strategic recommendations on optimal price gaps vs competition and target relevant base retails
- Develop new and/or improved promoted price groups (PPGs) and price pack architecture innovations
- Instill a disciplined approach to channel pricing and value curves
- Lead the annual development of promotional strategy and guardrails in partnership with sales strategy
- Conduct sophisticated modelling to quantify the impact of pricing and promotion changes
- Oversee monthly market reviews to understand category drivers and identify trade opportunities
- Collaborate with sales strategy and cross-functional partners to execute optimal pricing and promotional strategies
- Provide strategic counsel on pricing-related projects including innovation and channel packs
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in brand marketing, finance, or sales roles in a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company
- Three to five years of demonstrated Revenue Growth Management success
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of Revenue Growth Management success
- Experience developing frameworks that combine consumer and shopper insights with marketplace assessment
- Highly analytical and operational skillset
