In this full-time, permanent position based in Paris, you will execute and steer the growth strategy across France, ensuring a powerful brand presence. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team in Paris, which includes two direct reports, fostering a motivated and result-oriented environment. Your role will involve actively contacting leads and driving the sales process in a professional manner. You will engage with new and existing B2B clients, including developers, architects, and facility managers, to strengthen and expand client partnerships. Conducting compelling product demonstrations, both online and in-person, will be essential to showcase our software's value and impact to drive investment and client buy-in. You will need to have a sharp understanding of data and deliver precise, meaningful reports that guide decision-making. Committing to and achieving ambitious sales targets will be a key part of your responsibilities, steering the team toward continued growth and success. You are expected to bring a responsible, accurate, and results-driven working style to the team, and you will report directly to the Regional Manager based in Madrid.
