This includes managing trade promotion strategies, monitoring trade budgets, and conducting post-event analyses to evaluate promotional effectiveness. The Team Lead will also be responsible for developing accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiencies and proactively identifying potential risks to these forecasts. The position requires a deep understanding of snacking strategies and the ability to collaborate with key decision-makers at Sam's Club. The Team Lead will conduct business reviews to discuss market trends and opportunities, ensuring that Campbell's strategic goals align with customer needs. This role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office located in Rogers, AR, and involves approximately 10-15% travel.
