About the position

The Team Lead for Walgreens Customer Supply Chain at Haleon is responsible for building strategic and operational partnerships with key customer associates to manage the internal forecasting process, customer collaboration, inventory management, and logistical activities. This role involves leading the supply chain interface, managing logistics execution, and ensuring consistent execution of supply chain strategies to meet customer needs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly forecast lock process with the Walgreens team, reporting variations or insights as they occur to both commercial and supply chain partners.
  • Own the end-to-end supply chain interface and build senior relationships & contacts at Walgreens and across the Haleon portfolio.
  • Manage a desk or desks as designated/agreed with the Director Customer Supply Chain.
  • Lead the customer in thinking and understand the current customer supply chain strategy and business model through collaborative integration to determine opportunities and solutions.
  • Manage the logistics execution for turn business, promotions, displays, new items in collaboration with the display teams, demand planning, distribution and Transportation.
  • Lead team in implementation of agreed strategies that ensure consistent execution of supply chain, logistics, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategies across the total customer supply chain.
  • Champion the Haleon supply chain to deliver customer scorecard and critical customer KPI results via vendor agreements gained at annual top-to-top meetings or through publication.
  • Produce & publish KPI reporting in agreement with Director Customer Supply Chain, including OTIF, fill rate, on time performance, inventory metrics, in-stocks, days forward coverage, weekly sales vs forecast performance and customer fines & penalties within the P&L.
  • Communicate all Customer supply chain initiatives to Haleon leadership teams & drive improvements, efficiencies & opportunities that benefit both Haleon and the customer supply chain.
  • Support and facilitate personnel development of direct/indirect reports to meet career aspirations, including coaching, PDP discussions, and talent reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Customer Supply Chain or Logistics leadership experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes that include order management, outbound warehouse activities, freight movement and customer receiving practices.
  • Strong knowledge base in replenishment, forecasting and inventory management concepts, direct experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of budget and expense control and general accounting principles.
  • Proficient use of Order Processing and Replenishment systems and reporting.
  • Some Travel Required.
