About The Position
The Workforce Development Team Lead is responsible for spearheading workforce training and development initiatives within Production Operations and Maintenance. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning among associates through skill assessments, career planning, and the creation of training content. The Team Lead will manage direct reports, collaborate with supervision on associate development tracking, and engage with external partners to stay updated on workforce training trends. This position is on-site and may require travel within the US.
