About the position

As a Team Lead at Topgolf, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting your team to achieve performance targets while ensuring a high level of service delivery. Your leadership will be essential in monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing regular feedback, and coaching to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and address any operational issues or guest concerns promptly. Your ability to promote a positive and inclusive team culture will be crucial in engaging and developing associates, ensuring they feel valued and motivated in their roles. In this position, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. You will prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager, contributing to the overall success of the Topgolf venue. This role requires a proactive approach to leadership, with a focus on motivating a diverse team to achieve their goals while maintaining a fun and engaging environment for both associates and guests. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs.
