About the position

The Team Leader for the closing shift at Dunkin' is a guest and team-focused leadership role within a local, family-owned franchise. This position involves creating a fun and safe environment for both team members and customers while ensuring operational standards are met. The Team Leader will work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team to deliver excellent service and maintain cleanliness during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for team members and customers.
• Ensure operational and cleanliness standards are met during shifts.
• Assist management with training and other company programs.
• Close the restaurant meeting standards and leave it in great condition for the morning team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of food service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards success.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Understanding of confidentiality is required.
• Ability to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred.
