About the position

The Team Leader for the closing shift at Dunkin' is responsible for creating a fun, friendly, and safe environment for both team members and customers. This leadership role involves ensuring operational and cleanliness standards are met, assisting management with training, and closing the restaurant effectively to prepare for the next day. The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for team members and customers.
• Ensure operational and cleanliness standards are met during shifts.
• Assist management with training and other company programs.
• Close the restaurant meeting standards and leave it in great condition for the morning team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of food service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards success.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a leadership role.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments.
