About the position

The position involves high-quality Data Management, ensuring timely updates of Static & Market data in processing systems. The role requires adherence to processes and controls as detailed in the Department Operating Instructions (DOI), ensuring timely, accurate, and error-free processing. The role supports the Market Data Team in all Market Data activities and the Static Data Team for updates. It also involves setup and validation of rates across time zones, generating control reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality in Data Management and ensure timely updates of Static & Market data.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and controls as detailed in the DOI.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free processing.
  • Support Market Data Team in performance of all Market Data activities.
  • Setup and validate rates captured across each time zone.
  • Generate and circulate Control reports, track signoffs, and escalate to Manco members if signoffs are not received on time.
  • Develop familiarity with Asset control, Murex, Reuters, Bloomberg, and Markit.
  • Review and update all DOI's on time.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to new joiners.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist the team in various projects.
  • Represent Market Data Team in Project Calls and Book of Work Calls.
  • Carry out ad-hoc responsibilities set by the Unit Head.
  • Work on improving productivity and standardizing processes.
  • Assist in carrying out special tasks or projects as assigned by the unit head.
  • Process and make decisions as per Department Operating Instructions.
  • Uphold the values of the Group and Company.
  • Ensure compliance with Group KYC, AML, and Sanctions Policy/Procedures.
  • Take necessary tests and training as per Group and Company Requirements.
  • Ensure administrative control procedures are followed and escalate as per procedure.
  • Perform Disaster recovery test and BCP test.
  • Execute Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
