About the position

The Team Leader at Jamba Juice/Auntie Anne's plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation are maintained. This position involves supervising shifts in the absence of upper management, managing team dynamics, and addressing guest concerns to foster a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure team members and guests have a positive experience and atmosphere.
• Manage both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) shift responsibilities to control daily labor costs as assigned by management.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain company standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist in the ongoing training of team members, including new hires and existing staff, to ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
