The Team Leader provides guidance to a team within a specific department or function, ensuring the efficient accomplishment of assigned operating objectives. This role supports the Supervisor in monitoring associate performance and managing work quality. The Team Leader assists the Supervisor in communicating company policies and procedures among team members, ensuring adherence to these policies. The position is scheduled from Monday through Friday, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and offers an hourly rate of up to $22.00, depending on skills and qualifications. In this role, the Team Leader is responsible for meeting or exceeding set standards for productivity and quality in their assigned function. They assist the Supervisor in supervising team members and may complete specific duties in the Supervisor's absence. The Team Leader also aids in conducting associate training and defining job requirements, while coordinating workflow with other members of the RDC/Cary leadership team. They clarify operating policies, procedures, and safety requirements to team members and promote high employee morale through fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
