About the position

As a Team Leader - Keyholder at Vera Bradley, you will support store leadership in achieving sales goals while providing direction, communication, and training to store associates. Your role is pivotal in motivating the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and building brand loyalty through every customer interaction. You will embody the brand's core values and contribute to creating a positive environment for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by working with the team to exceed sales goals and promote campaigns.
• Motivate and inspire the team by embodying Vera Bradley's core values.
• Suggest products to customers to meet their unique needs and drive store results through add-on selling.
• Execute and innovate daily operational procedures and maintain visual standards in the store.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience and/or prior management experience.
• Strong sensory skills such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity.
