About The Position
Bibibop Asian Grill is seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Leader to join our vibrant team at our North Bethesda location. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, encouraging team collaboration, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will play a key role in training and mentoring team members, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the company.
