About the position

As a Team Leader at Carrols Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our Burger King restaurant. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Take accurate customer orders and manage payments using a cash register.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Train and support new team members in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
  • Ensure that food is prepared and served according to Burger King's standards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and customer orders.
  • Physical ability to remain on your feet for several hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment.
