About The Position

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising and training team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves leading by example, maintaining food quality and safety, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work atmosphere and delivering high-quality service to guests.

Requirements

• 6 months of consecutive experience at Jack in the Box or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Team Leader training classes.
• Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; bilingual skills may be required based on location.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
• Self-starter with initiative and responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications.
