Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside team members performing critical process cleaning tasks.
• Lead the team in the safe and efficient completion of work assignments.
• Identify potential issues and report them to the Group Leader.
• Collaborate with the Group Leader to develop timely solutions to resolve issues.
• Embrace team contributions and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Challenge the status quo and seek innovative ways to improve work processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience.
• Experience working in hot and damp environments while wearing PPE.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via 2-way radios.
