About The Position
The Team Manager at VITAS Healthcare is responsible for leading the Patient Care Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients from admission through to discharge or bereavement. This role involves supervising and coordinating the interdisciplinary team, advocating for patients, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Team Manager also oversees patient care services, staff management, quality improvement, customer service, and cost containment, while participating in professional development activities.
