About the position

The Team Manager at Tiffany & Co. will support the Director in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the customer experience. This role involves overseeing store operations in the absence of the Director, fostering a client-centric environment, and acting as a mentor and coach to team members. The Team Manager will embody the values of LVMH, driving excellence and innovation while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations teams to meet commercial and profitability targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Motivate the team to consistently achieve store commercial targets.
  • Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and manage client relationships personally.
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring client experience expectations are met.
  • Optimize store amenities to create unique client experiences.
  • Act on client feedback to improve customer service and NPS performance.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance climate.
  • Continuously train and coach team members, providing qualitative feedback and recognition.
  • Set and communicate clear goals aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Champion operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
