About the position

The Team Member position at Papa John's involves performing various duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered to customers. Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients.
  • Take orders and provide quality customer service through positive interactions with customers.
  • Work as a team and assist colleagues by being punctual and supporting other workstations during shifts.
  • Complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
  • Enhance the company's image by complying with uniform and appearance standards.
  • Accurately use the FOCUS System and process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order.
  • Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas while complying with safety and security standards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred.
