As a Team Member at KFC, you will be integral in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food in a clean and friendly environment. This role involves comprehensive training in customer service, food preparation, and adherence to safety standards, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. You will work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the restaurant's operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer has an excellent experience by greeting them warmly and providing quick and efficient service.
• Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
• Prepare and cook food according to KFC standards if you are not a minor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards as the face of the restaurant.
• Collaborate well with other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Actively participate in training sessions and apply what you learn on the job.
• Keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained, including the front-of-house, kitchen, and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old with valid U.S. ID.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
