The Team Member/Barista position at Great American Cookies involves providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of food and beverage items. Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the work area
• Crafting coffees and preparing beverages
• Baking cookies and preparing cookie dough
• Blending smoothies and serving food items
• Assisting customers with their orders
• Prepping ingredients for baking and beverage preparation
• Ensuring tables and seating areas are clean and inviting

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
