Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and prepare coffee beverages according to established recipes
• Operate POS system to process transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Stock and replenish coffee supplies as needed
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail in order to consistently deliver high-quality beverages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
