Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch
- Food preparation according to written and oral instructions.
- Replenish food and maintain clean serving areas.
- Set up and break down of serving areas.
- Maintain a neat, clean and safe work environment.
- Perform related work as required
- Practice personal hygiene and proper sanitation procedures.
- Perform all tasks assigned in a safe and productive manner
- Cleaning and sanitation awareness
- Ability to lift up to 40 LBS
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent (adequate education/training/experience to complete all tasks).
- 3 years of restaurant or food service experience
- Excellent work and attendance record
- Knowledge of food and nutrition
- General knowledge of methods used in preparing and serving
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Serve safe certified recommended
