About the position
Sky Sports Trampoline Park is seeking responsible and energetic individuals to join their team as Court Monitors, Cashiers/Party Hosts, and Team Leads. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fun and dynamic environment, ensuring safety, and maintaining the facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with attractions and enforce safety rules courteously.
- Identify and address safety issues within the facility.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
- Check-in customers and communicate product offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve refreshments.
- Lead daily tasks with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- High level of awareness and focus for Court Monitor role.
- Strong communication skills for all positions.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task for Cashier/Party Host role.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience working at trampoline parks or family entertainment centers.
