Sky Sports Trampoline Park is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join their team as Court Monitors, Cashiers/Party Hosts, and Team Leads. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring safety, and maintaining the facility in a fun and energetic environment. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with attractions and enforce safety rules courteously.
- Identify and address safety issues within the facility.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
- Check-in customers and communicate product offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve refreshments.
- Lead daily tasks with professionalism as a Team Lead.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
