Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing excellent service and quality food.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant interior and exterior.
• Take and clarify guest orders, assist with menu selections, and process payments.
• Ensure food safety and quality by following all food safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
• Follow Jack in the Box policies and standards regarding work hours, breaks, and timekeeping.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in guest service or food preparation is helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of another language may be required based on location.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) are necessary.
• Ability to stand and walk for 90%-95% of the shift and lift/carry 15-25 lbs.
