About the position
Thai Street Kitchen is seeking organized and professional team members to support the restaurant's growth. The role involves adhering to food safety guidelines, communicating effectively with team members, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer phones, enter take-out orders, and serve food to customers
- Prepare take-out orders and appetizers
- Represent Thai Street Kitchen through exemplary appearance, attitude, service, and performance
- Prepare food products to company standards and adhere to food and safety guidelines
- Adhere to company sanitation standards, rules, and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and prep areas
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in the restaurant industry (1 year preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of food and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the food industry
- Ability to work weekends as needed
