Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing excellent service and quality food.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant interior and exterior.
• Prepare and cook food items according to Jack in the Box standards.
• Accurately take and process guest orders using the POS system.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and positively.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in guest service or food preparation is helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of another language may be beneficial.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 90%-95% of the shift and lift 15-25 lbs.
