About the position
The Grounds Guys is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Member who is passionate about providing exceptional lawn care and landscaping services. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service as a front-line employee.
- Perform basic landscaping maintenance tasks with high quality, including mowing, trimming, blowing, and edging.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds frequently.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are prepared and ready for the next day's work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening services, or similar service industries is preferred.
- Willingness to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience is available.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
