About the position
Whole Foods Market is seeking enthusiastic Team Members for both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities across various departments. This role involves providing excellent customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Team Members will work in a professional setting with high-quality ingredients, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers while adhering to the company's core values and health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in a timely manner.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking products.
- Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
- Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation.
- Ensure cases and shelves are clean and well-stocked.
- Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep logs as required.
- Assist with periodic inventory checks.
- Arrive to workstation on time, appropriately groomed, and ready to work.
- Maximize sales potential through effective product handling and merchandising.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment; report safety hazards immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- No prior retail experience required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organization skills.

- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
