About The Position

The Team Member - Late Night Service Champion at Taco Bell is responsible for providing friendly and accurate service during late-night hours. This role focuses on customer interaction, food preparation, and maintaining a clean work environment, all while contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and financial performance of the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older due to late-night working hours.
  • Ability to provide friendly and accurate service to customers.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, teammates, and managers.
  • Ability to work well with teammates and accept coaching from management.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru.
  • Take and ring up orders accurately.
  • Handle payment and thank customers for their business.
  • Prepare and store food ingredients as needed.
  • Assemble food and beverage orders and check for accuracy.
  • Package products for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work and dining environment.
