About the position

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by acknowledging and welcoming guests promptly.
- Take and clarify orders, assist guests with menu selections, and enter orders into the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas and restrooms.
- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety.
- Assemble and package food orders accurately and efficiently for guests.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
- Follow all food safety policies and procedures, including proper handwashing and glove use.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and strive to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Experience in guest service or food preparation is helpful.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of another language may be required based on location.
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and order accuracy.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for 90%-95% of the shift and lift 15-25 lbs.
