About the position

As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position involves engaging with customers, handling transactions, and maintaining store standards while working as part of a motivated team. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly service.
  • Run the register and handle cash transactions.
  • Make purchase suggestions to customers.
  • Maintain high standards for store appearance.
  • Work in various areas of the store to assist customers.
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift.
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
