About the position
As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and fun environment. This position offers opportunities for career growth and development while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service.
- Run the register and handle cash transactions.
- Make purchase suggestions to customers.
- Maintain high standards for store appearance.
- Work in various areas of the store to assist customers and complete tasks.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift.
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
