About The Position
The Team Member Relations Specialist is responsible for managing the Employee Relations function at Boulder Station Casinos. This role serves as a front-line interface with Team Members and leaders, ensuring consistent policy application, addressing questions or complaints, mediating conflicts, and providing coaching and counseling to enhance relationships and performance. The position also involves conducting investigations and resolving Employee Relations issues while actively promoting the company's Focus on Family culture.
