Yogurtology is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join their growing team in Saint Petersburg, FL. Team Members will engage in various tasks, including customer service, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the shop, all while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with an outgoing personality.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Aloha POS system.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed.
- Perform detailed cleaning and maintain shop cleanliness.
- Assist with kitchen duties and washing dishes.
- Set up and close down the shop as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems, especially Aloha, is a plus.
- Attention to detail in cleaning and food handling is essential.
