About the position

The Team Member at Burger King is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities

• Request customer orders and use POS machine to record orders and compute bills.
• Select requested food items from serving or storage areas and assemble items on serving tray or in takeout bag.
• Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders.
• Serve hot/cold food, beverages, frozen milk drinks, or desserts.
• Receive payment from customers.
• Cook or perform other duties to prepare food and maintain cleanliness in eating or serving areas.
• Demonstrate a friendly and cooperative manner when dealing with customers.

Requirements

• Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Knowledge of order processing systems.
