About the position

As a Team Member at Taco Bueno, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring food quality. This part-time position involves taking customer orders, preparing food, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas. Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare food made to order according to company standards.
• Clean and maintain dining and kitchen stations.
• Carry out opening or closing duties as required based on the shift.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
