Additionally, Team Members will be responsible for assembling merchandise, performing janitorial duties, executing price changes and markdowns, and assisting customers with loading their purchases. A unique aspect of this role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of birds, which includes sanitizing and maintaining poultry holding tanks as required. Team Members must also complete all necessary documentation associated with their job duties and may be assigned other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a high school diploma, although no prior experience is required. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine care, or welding, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to read, write, and count accurately are essential for success in this role.
