The Team Member/Product Prep position at Church's Chicken is focused on delivering a superior dining experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and guest service. The role involves greeting guests, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and supporting team dynamics to uphold the brand's values and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests with a sincere smile and positive attitude.
• Follows the product production schedule and ensures all necessary products and supplies are stocked.
• Plans and organizes product production based on current inventory needs.
• Completes assigned housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
• Ensures drink systems are operational and follows food safety guidelines.
• Monitors food prep products to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Reports any quality or quantity issues to the Shift Manager.
• Inspects work station and reports equipment malfunctions to the Shift Manager.
• Completes In Store Set-Up (ISS) prior to store opening.
• Listens and follows directions from managers and team members.
• Communicates positively about the company and responds to feedback.
• Offers help in all areas of the restaurant and works well with team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule.
