About The Position
As a Team Member at Carrols Corporation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include serving our delicious burgers to customers, welcoming them with a smile, taking accurate orders, and managing payments through the cash register. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the restrooms, dining area, and kitchen, ensuring that all areas meet safety and health standards. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to keep our guests happy and satisfied. This includes packaging food and drinks efficiently and ensuring that the restaurant remains clean and adheres to health and safety regulations. Customer satisfaction is our priority, so you may occasionally need to answer questions or resolve issues that arise during service. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are at least 16 years old and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for several hours, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity. You will also need to communicate effectively and be able to read instructions and menus. Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching will be part of your daily activities.
