About the position

The Team Member position is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional hospitality and service in a restaurant environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and individual contribution to create delightful experiences for guests. Team Members are responsible for various tasks that ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and guests feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and collect orders from guests.
• Engage in suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner.
• Prepare food while ensuring product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Stand for the duration of shifts and lift 25 to 40 pounds as needed.
• Perform motions including pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous use of fingers and wrists.
• Listen to guests, coworkers, and supervisors effectively, even in noisy environments.
• Read receipts, screens, manuals, and printed directions.
