About the position
The position involves preparing and presenting Auntie Anne's products to customers while maintaining the store's facilities and equipment according to the company's operational standards and policies. Team members are expected to provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough and other products such as lemonade, ice cream, and other beverages.
- Roll and twist pretzels, including special pretzels.
- Insert, turn, and remove pretzel trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color.
- Dip, drain, and store pretzels in Roundup.
- Prepare drinks and bag orders.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude towards customers and coworkers at all times.
- Greet customers and engage in suggestive selling.
- Operate cash registers accurately according to procedures.
- Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies at opening.
- Disassemble, clean, and store equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by the shift leader.
- Comply with Auntie Anne's dress code and personal appearance standards.
- Adhere to all Auntie Anne's policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding equipment operations.
