About the position

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced café environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Operate cash registers accurately for processing transactions and handling cash.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms by bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food served.
• Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demands efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service practices.
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
