About the position

The Team Member position at Sky Zone is a part-time role focused on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for guests while supporting park operations. The role requires maintaining a friendly demeanor, assisting with park procedures, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with guests and team members.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Support team lead in all opening and closing park procedures.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a high customer volume and fast-paced environment.
• Entry-level position, any customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Amusement park, restaurant, hospitality, or fitness industry experience is also a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
