About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system
• Handle food orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Upsell products and promotions to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
• Help in restocking inventory and supplies as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
• Proficient in handling food following safety guidelines
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating orders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for customer interactions
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
