About the position

Tabboulee is seeking energetic team members for various roles in our quick-service restaurant specializing in gyros and falafels. The position involves food preparation, customer service, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time shifts, with a focus on delivering high-quality food and service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for food items and maintain a clean prep area.
• Take customer orders and handle payments while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Wash dishes, sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
• Accurately bag orders for takeout and delivery.
• Follow procedures to ensure high-quality results in all tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assemble dishes like pitas, bowls, and salads, and cook meats using kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant.
• Customer service skills and experience.
• Basic cooking skills and kitchen experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Experience with kitchen tasks such as using knives and handling grills and fryers.
