The Team Member position is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional hospitality and service in a restaurant environment. Team Members are responsible for various tasks, including taking orders, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment, all while embodying the restaurant's values of enthusiasm and passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and collect orders from guests.
• Engage in suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner.
• Prepare food while ensuring product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Stand for the duration of shifts and lift 25 to 40 pounds as needed.
• Perform motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, and bending.
• Listen to guests, coworkers, and supervisors effectively, even in noisy environments.
• Read receipts, screens, manuals, and printed directions.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift weights as required.
• Attention to detail in food preparation and service.
